The Airspy Mini appears to be well made in a sturdy alloy casing with a good SMA connector which is far superior to to MCX connections found on some cheaper SDR dongles. As a total newcomer to SDR I found it easy to get up and running as the unit really is 'plug & play' and just needs selecting as a source in SDR# software. For me as a newcomer the resources on Youtube were a great help in navigating the software and the Airspy Mini seems to be a very capable little device.

I was looking forward to receiving the receiver but have lost interest to a degree as there is not a single bit of instruction material included,
.This has dulled my enthusiasm and it has been put away until I have lots of time to research the best way to st it up
