About the best portable antenna.

Well for the money this has to be the best investment to date.
It does exactly what it says. And does it extremely well. Easy to set up and carry about. Only thing is you will need a tripod for this but once you have that you won't need anything else this antenna covers it all for you.

I purchased this antenna to go portable and after doing some research, I was very impressed with what I read. You will need your own tripod, however once you have this, you can get this up and running within minutes. I spent around an hour tuning each band that this arial covers and noted the size of the telescopic whips and was able to get the SWR below 1.5 on all the bands that it covers. The quality is excellent and once you have measured the size of the elements, it takes only minutes to set up. I arrived at my portable location and within 5 minutes, I was on the air, working stations all around the world both on voice and digital modes.
For a commercially built antenna, this is a brilliant price for a quality bit of equipment. Really impressed with the quality and how well it works, along with how quick the delivery was from Moonraker!
