Hi just got this radio especially to work the ISS repeater. It's easy to set up on VHf UHF Simplex and repeaters no problem from the keypad ect. the problem was the repeater for the ISS. The cross band repeat in the manual is not want you want for that all that does is let you use a handheld say on UHF and retransmit through the radio on VHF. The way to do it for the ISS is to set vfo a on the VHF up link with the ctcss and set vfo b on the 5 receive UHF frequency s using 5 memories. have the radio set on dual receive and set the VHF to mute the UHF when used on transit it works I've just worked Ireland and the UK through the ISS . A good radio easy to set up and use . the power is as stated in the manual.
