AT D890UV good but ..

Excellent features and nice radio. Notice that the 70cms receive is more easily overloaded than my 878. With both radios side by side, the 890 suffers on RX when nearby hotspot keys up. Otherwise fantastic radio.

After an initial play the radio worked on FM and DMR out of the box. After watching M0FXB on YouTube I got NXDN working and had a contact via my Hotspot. I have to say it is a leap up from my AT878 and really works well . The USB. charging of the battery was a bonus and all in all I am very pleased with it. I have to say it is a great radio and the Channels preprogrammed in it made it a great start in the DMR and analog world Great radio at a great price ????

A very well put together handheld , very robust and quality made dual band handheld with a larger battery and extra whip antenna.

And it’s not only DMR but soon to be added NXDN as well as being analog I think Anytone has probably the best handheld money can buy on the market right now. In fact I’m going to order a second one it’s really that good. I like how they changed the case colour slightly to distinguish between the 890 and 878 versions.

A very well thought out handheld for the price best of both digital worlds. Well worth the money. Get one today!!
