The SA-7000 is an ultra-wide range external receiving aerial.
The aerial is designed for areas where space is a problem or where an 'unobtrusive' instalation is essential.
The SA-7000 is a passive arrangement providing two whip elements: a long element for shortwaves up to 30MHz and a second shorter loaded whip aerial for frequencies uo to 2GHz. The loading coils are tuned around 150 and 800MHz to enhance performance on the VHF and UHF bands.

I found this antenna poor for MW. My Deshibo passive loop was better. For VHF it was Okay, but sadly a length of random wire beats it for SW. It is well made, and like another reviewer said, "height". Afterall, that is implied because it comes with a decent length of coax and a good mounting bracket! It's a reasonable all rounder though if you're going for the one sntenna. I looked for some UHF mosque radios but not seemed to be transmitting, so can't comment about VHF. Again, "height is might!"

Works well although you need to get this antenna up as high as possible for VHF and UHF coverage. Also works well on HF and is better than AOR DA-6000 COMPACT 700-6000 MHZ DISCONE ANTENNA.
