Cheap BNC plugs and you get what you pay for.

After a very long break from radio, I decided to dip my toe into the water again. I didn't want to spend a lot of money getting set up again, so these plugs fitted the bill. They look of reasonable quality and finish. The only negative is that the centre pins supplied did not have a hole in the side to aid soldering the centre conductor.
