Comet CF-530 - 50Mhz/430Mhz Band Duplexer for Transmitting and receiving both 50Mhz (or HF Bands) and 144 MHz (or 430Mhz Band) at the same time. Combined high quality filters for preventing TVI at the same time.
The isolation between the two connectors is more than 45dB, In the case of using the CF 530 for one frequency, the other connector can remain open, although an additional Dummy Load would be preferred. Fitted with the popular combination of 2 x output leads with PL259 plugs, and input of SO239 socket.

useful bit of kit

if you have a quad band radio - or dual band hand held - say 6-4- 2 &70 cm or 4 & 2m hh - this can prove invaluable - as there is only one quad band antenna i know of or none for these frequency combinations available ( excepting the less than ideal antennas that come with hand helds ) - or if you have a shack in the box radio with only one rf output connector - they work very well -
