Being that I am into EME (Earth-Moon-Earth), this 70 Cm yagi antenna is also connected to another yagi, stacked in horizontal, to increase the overall gain of the antennas listening to very faint signals, from the moon as well as from the low earth satlel

Using this yagi antenna along side another one, the gain is increased two fold. Making it a pleasure to use not only for receiving but the gain is also increased during transition and with two yagi antennas stacked in the horizontal plane, the side lobes are all but gone, leaving a stronger outgoing signal when in transmit mode.

Quick and easy to errect

I use this along side the 2m 10ele version for satellite and terrestrial QSOs It gives me very acceptable reports and has low SWR across the band. Basically, great results for little effort.

Very easy to assemble. Will break down easily if you use it portable. Performance very good. Improved my performance in UKAC on this band.
Only down side is that it's a bit of a faff to get on the stub mast on the rotator as the clamp is right on its limit for tube diameter.
