Feels good and after testing with a VNA its results are also very good, quite slim design which is good. Has the pull out and bend feature which is where my previous cheap alternative failed so time will tell. Just covers the high band VHF (Taxi) frequencies.

I've been using one of these on my pickup truck for the last couple of years with no issues at all. I've used it bolted to my roof bars with no proper ground to the chassis and it performs well. It's stood up to all that the elements can throw at it and a fair bit of abuse. In one instance a mechanic caught it on a roller shutter garage door he hadn't opened high enough and it survived without damage despite the rather loud glang it made (this was caught on dash cam footage)
