Bought this antenna for a quick way to have a listen round on 2m at my new qth …it’s installed in the loft leaning against a rafter …I,was amazed how well it works and what distances I’m picking up and having qso with people …usual diamond quality …this one is pre tuned ….all in one length …just works ….imwould imagine it will perform even better when mounted in the clear …

I wanted decent gain but not too large. This ticks both boxes. The antenna tunes for the centre and provides a good match across both 2 and 70cm. The construction is good and feels like it will last a long time, hope so as I hate climbing ladders.
