You can use this item to make a homebase dipole. You need an aluminium mast and just a couple of wire radials with 2 whip antennas that’s connected to the mast, braid of coax and an earth rod 100% copper rod knocked in and sunk with a wire hook up.
Look closely at this item! It’s larger than the others of its type and stronger! It is made for a car primarily. 3/8 sockets for negative and positive. Make sure there is plenty of metal underneath if used as a home base dipole all connected and to the rod and negative side. It’s meant for a car so hence ‘ lots of metal underneath ‘ if used at home as a dipole centre.
