DTV-1000 Digital TV Antenna

I bought the first of these well over 10 years ago but after being left out in all weathers in that time we felt it needed replacing!
A new one was ordered, arrived in the timescale promised and tv reception was instantly good once again in many areas on the canal network we travel.

As a long distance lorry driver I park up in lots of different places and upto yet this aerial has been the best for reception I've ever bought and I have tried quite a few. Really impressed with it

Having tried numerous aerial designs for our narrow boat (often moored in areas of weak reception), purchased a DTV 1000 & we're more than impressed! Working the vast majority of times (without fiddly adjustment), as a consequence cannot recommend highly enough! We even bought one for our home annex (as opposed to installing a conventional aerial), again works well...100+ channels!

Having read mixed reviews I held off buying one of these when I originally discovered them. However having accumulated some watts I could purchase one at a discounted price so I went ahead. I am so glad I did. I live on a narrowboat and antennas are a constant topic of conversation due to moving around the country and experiencing varied signals. Where we are at the moment we found some pixel issues with our old yagi. I fitted the new antenna along with the power unit and at first nothing! Then looking at the paperwork that came with the antenna I suspected I had put the power unit in the wrong way so I changed it over and hey....instant success. The signal quality is first class with really clear picture definition. The Moonraker is fixed lower (using the glass/smooth surface suction clamp) on the cratch window and we still get a better signal than with our old antenna plus we don’t have to take any mast down before travelling off somewhere. I wonder if the negative feedback from reviews is due to people making the same error as me? For me I wish I bought one years ago.

Caravanning with a TV and using a normal aerial gave a hit and miss reception, did a bit of searching for a suitable multi directional. Saw the Moonraker DTV 1000 and liked the look of it, now reception great on TV, no stuttering screens, over 100 TV channels and over 30 Audio channels achieved when TV tuned, used in Devon, Lincs, Yorks, Norfolk and a few more locations. Would recommend this without any reservation, looking at getting a second set for the home TV
