POC radio
Review by
Rodger
Lovely item from Moonraker. Prior to final purchase I called Moonraker to clarify some details on the radio including the Android version it was running on. The person I spoke to was able to answer all my questions very quickly.
Im still getting to grips with some of the finer details of the radio but so far I'm delighted with it.

Let's get the bad out of the way first..
1, "It's not real radio." As I've been told.
2, small screen.
Now the good
Now having had this for a few months now and set both mine and my dad's up for use with multiple apps and services, I can say they are great. I generally use it on echolink to get into the freestar network (M0JKT) and have had good audio reports even cross mode. I also use it to control my vr-n7500 this is a little more difficult given the screen size but still manageable using the vr-n7500 HT app and I can use the TM-7's fist mic instead of the vr-n7500's cutting down on microphones in the cab of the van. As this runs android 7 lots of apps are available for it.
Zello, Peanut, Echolink, Droidstar, GPS test to name but a few. If you chuck a sim card in it you can also use it as a phone/WiFi hotspot it has Bluetooth built-in so a Bluetooth fist mic should work as well. (Still need to find the time to test this) in all its a great little non radio with lots of YouTube videos on it. 73's M6JLM
