Excellent little CB radio!
Review by
Victor
Excellently priced and extremely tiny little CB that does an awesome job. It has a decent diecast chassis and great controls including a real on/off volume knob so it couldn't be easier to use. Comes with a slide mount that made it easy to add to my radio shelves and the loudest speaker I've ever heard on a small radio so ideal for mobile operations too. The teardrop mic (similar in size to my old Icom HM-103) is a handy size for mobile work and less clutter on my desk placement.
UK/EU band operation is easy to select with both FM & AM transmission modes. The scanning facility and adjustable squelch system makes perusing the bands easy.
On the first day of use with a simple dipole I had contacts with two local operators showing the CB bands are still alive. A very nice addition to my shack full of Ham gear!

Excellent small transceiver
Review by
John
Small, well made and surprisingly loud. Good to have scan and emergency buttons. Mic feels a bit light but does the job. Beware the power cable is bare wires. Small enough to fit into a big pocket, but feels sturdy, and chasis appears to be metal. All the FM and AM channels. Even picked up some US chats today in Kent!
