The RU-1:1 is a 1:1 Unun intended to help remove unwanted RF from the coax cable shield. It is normally used as a common-mode RF choke for short coax cable runs or non-resonant antennas. The RU-1:1 features SO-239 sockets for both input and output.

This is the second one I now own, Nice pocket sized item, Good size to keep together with the portable antenna I use in a case, Does the job for portable use connected to my wire antenna with a 9:1 Unun, Would highly recommend if you are suffering with RF getting into your coax feeding back into your Transceiver
