Like others have said really strong and stable when driving at motorway speeds, nice rubber boot for protection I always wipe the roof before fitting to give some protection to the paint.
Coax a good length and nice pl259 fitted also price is competitive, as always excellent service from moonraker.

Pleased with this mag mount. Well made and plenty of cable to run a PL259 to where you need it. I actually use it for two different mobile antennas depending on need - and they easily swap - there’s an SO239 on the top and they simply screw in. Been using it up mountains for 145 Alive and happy with it.

This is a well-made mount with plenty of feeder terminating in an PL259. It's probably more suited to a small to medium antenna though. It feels strong enough and is actually tricky to remove from the car without some leverage but it's not enough to hold my MRQ750 2/70 SUPER GAINER when on the move. Great when static though so my mistake - I should have been bold and bought a bigger stronger mount. Even so it is fine for when I'm parked up. The rubber cover for the base is a bit tricky - it's a close fit so can tend to pop off when handling the mount.
