Don't bother, truly made From Junk

I was excited to receive this antenna, Moonraker's service is excellent and I find them easy to deal with. On unpacking the parts, I laid them out to check against the packing list, over half the fixings were missing and the capacity hat didn't resemble anything in the manual. Using only the images at the front of the manual I got the antenna together in under an hour - after over two hours extra sourcing replacement bits. Trying to raise it is like trying to hold a wet piece of spaghetti up straight - this antenna requires guys and at least two people to put it up. The aluminium is so thin walled even light pressure from a pipe grip bent it. After install over a decent radial field, I could only obtain a low SWR point at 7400 Khz and 4.2 Khz with no way of further extending the antenna. £270 with postage down the drain. I will never buy from MFJ again, pure junk.
