Amazing value great performance.

Purchased to get onto 23cm, very easy to erect, used RG 213, VSWR very good.
On 23cm Flitwick, Dunstable very good signals, even got Cambridge repeater!
This is at 5m! and surrounded with houses.The 10 db gain really brings in the signals.
It’s proved to be a very good antenna .

Worked the ISS

Only quickly tried it in the garden about 3m up on a pole so far. But, there was a decent but not too high pass of the ISS and thought I give it a try. With a duplexer in circuit and the IC-9700… wow! Could hear myself on the crossband repeater about the space station. Only took another attempt and worked a station in Northern Ireland. Clearly works, and for the Icom bundle price it came for free! I repeat, you can’t go wrong with the Moonraker team!

Great Aerial

Purchased this aerial to get onto 23cm with the Icom 9700 I did not expect it to work but I am speaking to stations 20miles away who are on beams so cross polarised and on 2/70 it performs as well as the comet tribander I have on the top off my mast 30 feet up.
All in all I am glad I put it up and may put it at the top off the mast 10 out of 10
