OSHF WINDOM STYLE OFF SET DIPOLE ANTENNA
A popular antenna design being off centre fed. Having this feed point a third way along the antenna gives an impedance of 200 ohms, therefore a 4:1 balun is added at the feed point to alter the impedance to 50 ohms for modern transceivers. Antenna can be mounted horizontally, V or inverted V and even bent to fit.
