PA-150U UHF 430-470MHz 150W RF Power Amplifiers are very capable, efficient 2-stage UHF linear amplifiers for FM, SSB, CW and Digital modes of operation.

This amplifier provides over 150 watts of output with only 2 to 5 watts input drive, dependent upon UHF frequency from 430 to 470 MHz, with slightly lower output from 460 to 470 MHz.

An attractive and useful front panel with a digital multi-meter and push-button controls, and a heatsink chassis with cooling fans, makes this amp perfect for commercial or Amateur UHF operations
