Simple little lead - you have to be careful to get the right one for the Sharman AV508 desk mic - in this case, data at the mic end and multipoint at the Yaesu end. Combined with the mic - very happy. Boughtit on the strength of some user reviews - and then a write-up in the RSGB's Radcom - very pleased with it. Much better than the original mic supplied with my venerable FT950 and good reports on audio. Very pleased.
