12m pole
Review by

Having looked around for a pole to install a t2lt on I purchased this one
Delivered as promised and was very pleased with purchase.
Excellent quality and holds the aerial up no problem
I did tape some of the extensions to prevent slide down
Very easy to put up and down and you don’t have to extend all sections if not needed
Highly recommended

Unusual Job

I bought this after my tree-mounted wire dipole had snapped in a storm and the free end of the uphaul rope was hanging 13 metres up in the air. With a wire-made hook taped to the top and a stepladder I was able to hook the free end of the line and recover it to ground level. So, I avoided having to employ a professional tree-climber to go up there and capture the end of my rope - and I still have the 12-metre pole!
The pole is as described online; I was able to hold the whole length of it vertically in the air while standing on a step ladder and successfully capture a 2 inch shackle 13 metres above me - without giving myself a hernia.
When fully extended, the top of the pole is very "chippy" but it is well suited to support the centre of an inverted V and it can be assembled and collapsed in seconds. Good for portable work but not for a permanent installation. All the sections telescope into the bottom one and it could be used at intermediate heights if required.
Alternatively, you could stick a brush on the top and use it to clean your upstairs windows. It's up to you!
