This is a very high quality GRP fibreglass mast. Lovely locking collars that pull to a stop with an adjustable tension lever. Very strong but lightweight in comparison to the aluminium versions. These are the best masts we have seen and out sell any others 20-1 !

This mast is absolutely top quality. I can't overstate how good it is. When it's described as heavy duty it really is HEAVY DUTY!!! When I ordered it I thought it was expensive but it was most suitable for my needs and It's worth every penny. Great mast, got it in the Christmas sale so great value. Will keep my aerials up for many years to come. The old scaffolding pole and jointer was getting to heavy to put up and get down as I get older, so the telescopic mast is great for when I have to do some work or it gets very windy.

I was going to get a white stick fitted to the gable end but this pole, attached to the fence, allows me to hoist it up to the same height with the bonus of being able to lower it for maintenance or replacement and in high wind. I had a mil version of the same pole once before, this is pretty much the same thing and a better colour. Drill a hole in the base boot to allow water to drain that otherwise collects inside. Initially apply WD40 to the sliding surfaces as they can be stiff from factory. So far very pleased.

Expensive but well worth it!

I’ve only ever dabbled in small fishing type poles but wow this is on another level. Strong, Rigid and Decent clamps. Going to be used on the back on my Jeep with a custom tow ball mount bracket. Will mainly be used for 2m SSB with a beam.

I was persuaded to buy this mast by a fellow club member. My initial thoughts being it is quite expensive. However my doubts were allayed upon seeing the quality of finish and simplicity of design. I am delighted.
