It's a pity Yaesu didn't include this clamp with all it's rotators..
I had to replace the clamp on my G1000DXC because it's just not up to the job of griping the pole and the beam turns in a very strong wind.
At least with this GC-048 clamp you can put the bole thru it to hold the pole more securely in place. 73
