This is a very solid, heavy speaker that will need the supplied bracket and screws if you mount it for permanent use.
Nice audio, improves listening experience.
Mine is mounted on my boat/home so I can use for Amateur or Marine radio use.
It is a quality product and I feel it is competitively priced. (Especially if you use your Watts!)
