Bought this along with my FT-3D. Easy to connect up and working VOX is a piece of cake. There is no latency on the vox and it just works (what more could you want).
Like all BT ear pieces they are a bit fiddly to get to fit in your ear, but once you have found the sweet spot it's great.
Connects up to the radio first time every time. It's a really cheap way of going handsfree. If you are buying a FT-3D then this is a must have.
