I built and tuned the antenna without any difficulty. I tried it out portable on the 145 Alive event and got good contacts as expected. Rotating the beam gave strong signals and nulls as expected. I need better coax to give it a good workout on 70 cms. I'm happy.

This antenna works fantastic. This is my second antenna of this type for portable use! I also have this vertically polarised for repeaters and 2M FM. The antenna is great but lacks a little on weather protection compared to other manufacturers. However If you weather proof all connections (which we should do really anyway) you will have a fantastic antenna. It’s light and works well on a TV or very small rotator.

Light weight, quick & easy to build, very portable and ideal for SOTA, POTA etc. I brought one of these last year this is the second, which I'm going to mount on a pole on the rotator, and see how it goes!

Installed yesterday, very easy to build due to the colour coding on the elements & boom. Easy to match due, 1.2:1 on both bands.

Delivered in good time, very reasonably priced. Have not installed yet, looks as if it could be a little flimsy, this is mentioned in several reviews. I’m sure it will be fine installed correctly. All online reviews not associated with this company all seem good for the price you pay for the yagi.
