Description / DISCONTINUED Zumspot RPI
ZUMspot Board Features:
High performance 32-bit ARM processor
The board is fully assembled and tested
Supports DMR, P-25, D-Star, System Fusion and NXDN
Onboard LEDs to show status (Tx, Rx, PTT, Mode)
Up to 10mW RF power
SMA antenna connector, UHF antenna included
Works on ODROID boards
The firmware is pre-loaded and is easily upgraded via software
Built-in 1.3" OLED display
Connection for Nextion LCD display
Open source firmware (MMDVM) and board design
Complete cased unit just needs Micro USB power lead and Power supply (2amp)
Please note you will need a reasonable level of computer literacy to set these up. If you want a simple to set up hotspot for use with a PC look at the Zumspot USB

Surprisingly good!

I bought the Zumspot RPi to be able to access DStar and Fusion when I'm in areas where I don't have access to a repeater (I'm often rushing around all over the place for work) so this seemed like a good idea. The Zumspot is pretty straightforward to set up with plenty of information and assistance on the web and its performance is really very good. With the supplied antenna I can still get into it from my local pub so that's a major advantage!

Purchased the Zumspot to take with me portable while in the caravan on holiday
It’s a really good size nice readable screen
The software to setup on Pi - Star isn’t difficult just follow on screen details
I just put DStar in but you can add at anytime
