Literally, I have not seen any competition that can match this value for money antenna from Moonraker. My first contact, from just south of Norwich on this was in Scotland and 5/9. Easy to use, set-up and take-down, this really is good value and great performance.

So yes ordered one AmPro 40MHz (works good on car) I got it to add to another one to make dipole however the quality and build of the Moonraker is SO GOOD that it showed the other one I have to be a copy, so will be buying another from Moonraker soon if my dipole is compromised in some way due tom slightly differing designs even though it was sold as a AMPro 40

I bought a selection of these to get me going on POTA, all of them are amazing, took some advice and grounded my triple mag mount to the car frame and the results were amazing, SWR of 1.1 to 1.3, very pleased with the results and so much easier to use than my previous adjustable multiband antenna, I just simply fit the antenna for the band I want to use and off I go, no messing around, changed in seconds, these antennas are one of the best investmentx i have made.

I’m sure there must be some gain on it . I’m using 2 of them as a dipole
On a telemast in my yard with a 100% copper earth rod ( 100% copper not plated. Very strong!
