wonderful radio but very poor programming support n usa

Was not able to print the data - this is a MUST for my usage. Was not able to even move the data to another program to print it. Ran into dead ends showing sites dont exist on Moonraker site. Chirp will run 778 but not 779. Not able to use this product for the intended usage. Its a shame.

Great value, solid little dual bander

Using this in the Republic of Ireland, I had to adjust some of the pre-programmed frequencies to suit local use, but it was simple to do with the included programming cable. Audio is clear, build quality is solid, and the size is perfect for mobile setups.
The only thing I wish it had was the ability to scan nearby/adjacent frequencies — that would’ve made it perfect for quick band monitoring. Still, a great rig for the price and ideal for anyone starting out or wanting a compact dual band mobile.

Bought one of these for the car. Nice and compact easy to read display and performs really well. Excellent value for money and already pre programmed with UK repeaters. Runs off a preinstalled cigar lighter plug, so easy to power in the car. Recommended

After a 42-year break, I have come back to ham radio and need a radio to get me on 2m and 70 Cm for local and mobile. After looking at reviews online, I thought this would be a great little rig to put in the car or try at home. It works great, does all I need it to, and is so small. It's also solidly built. Coming pre programmed is also a great bonus.

I recently purchased a all band scanner, and a little anytone AT779uv a great radio came all pre programed up by moonraker whilst using I managed to lose all the programed channels with a wrong push of two buttons, But I rang them and spoke to Alex took the radio to them and the reprogramed it free of charge. What else could you ask for service 1st class thank you mark....

Great little radio for the money came programmed with 2 mtr 70 cm repeaters. Plus more also power lead and programming cable. Well done moonraker it’s half the price of other main brands but it works well regards Paul 2E0 KPD
