Great value for money

By default, and, at the lowest (shortest) setting, antenna was resonant around 27.300 out of the box. Using a Sirio mag mount (MAG-145) mounted in the centre of the roof. Easily covering mid block, free band and UK FM (27/81).
However. Trimming about 1.5 inches off the base of the whip provided a 1.5 SWR at CH1 mid block, to an absolute minimum at 27.800 (pretty much channel 19 27/81). Which then gave coverage up to 28600 ish or so at below 1.5. Great for those wanting both 11m CB, and, 10m SSB ;-)
Bandwidth seams to be around 1.5 mhz at 1.5 or under (advertised at 1850, but no SWR figures quoted). So if you make resonant frequency 28000, expect something like 27250 to 28750 ish. If 27555 is your thing, as the centre frequency, then coverage is likely to be 26805-28305 give or take.
As for the antenna itself. Usual rock solid build quality expected from Sirio. Great value for money. I went for this model over the larger 2m long (4000 like version), simply because I am never going to run more than 100w mobile? Currently using it with a President Washington II and very happy with the results so far.

Needed to purchase a better antenna than my 1/4 wave from another manufacturer. Stunning build quality, SWR adjustment not necessary and using in combination with the Sirio Power MAG-145 mount.
Noticeably improved reception and transmission from this 7/8 marvel. Very nice!
